About Little Edstone Cottages

Little Edstone Holiday Cottages are the result of a two year development of a traditional stone barn that dates back to the 1700's. The development has been as sympathetic as possible to the original structure: all beams and openings are in the position we found them.

The cottages are close to the main farm house, but within their own courtyard. They are ideally placed in their countryside setting with woodland and fields on all sides.

An indication of weekly prices – lowest in winter to highest point in summer. Christmas/New Year can be higher.

Bedford Corner - Sleeps 4-6 - LIMITED AVAILABILITY -

Bedford Corner is a spacious, single-storey barn conversion. The kitchen/dining living area is open plan, with a large inviting fireplace, featuring a wood-burning stove.

Ground floor unit with spacious vaulted, beamed open-plan living/dining-room with wood-burning stove, sofas, wooden floor and well-equipped modern fitted kitchen area. Two beamed bedrooms, each with wooden floor; one double with 5ft bed and one twin-bedded. Shower room/W.C. Bathroom/W.C. with over-bath shower. Available all year round. Available for short breaks. Pets welcome, but must be notified on booking.

Foxcover - Sleeps 4 - LIMITED AVAILABILITY -

Foxcover Cottage is a lovely, cosy family cottage. The kitchen/dining area is open plan, with a large inviting fireplace, featuring a wood buring stove.

Beamed living/dining-room with wood-burning stove, wooden floor and well-equipped modern fitted kitchen area. Bathroom/W.C. with over-bath shower. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room/W.C. Twin-bedded room. Both bedrooms beamed, with vaulted ceiling. Small garden with patio and furniture.

September Loft - Sleeps 2-3

Tucked away up stone steps, September Loft is a delightful apartment suitable for a couple (or a couple with an infant). The Loft has been well thought-out to make the most of its studio-style space and layout. Enjoys views across to the North Yorkshire Moors.

Beamed double bedroom with wooden floor; sofa-bed (for 1) and well-equipped modern fitted kitchen area. Bathroom/W.C with over-bath shower. Available part year only. Available for short breaks. Well-behaved pets welcome.

The Wheelhouse - Sleeps 8 - -

The Old Wheelhouse is the perfect place for a large family or group get-together. Cosy and comfortable, the spacious beamed open plan kitchen/dining/living area creates a very sociable space.

Spacious beamed, open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove, sofa-bed (for +2), wooden floor and modern well-equipped fitted kitchen area. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room/W.C. Bathroom/W.C. with shower over whirlpool bath. First floor: Twin-bedded room. Enclosed mezzanine double bedroom with 6ft bed (can form two single beds) and balustrading overlooking living area. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room/W.C. All bedrooms are beamed with vaulted ceiling.

West End - Sleeps 4

West End cottage is a charming, bright family cottage. It has large windows in the living room and two upstairs bedrooms with views across the farmyard and the woodland towards the Yorkshire moors. West facing windows offer wonderful evening sunsets. Set within the central courtyard with three other hoiday cottages and the indoor swimming pool.
